WELCOME ... to the TXSG Med Bde (MRC) recruiting page.

I am proud to serve the Texas State Guard Medical Brigade (MRC) as the statewide recruiter. My mission is to serve the MRC by recruiting exceptional individuals from every background to serve Texas in times of disaster and to support special community activities and events.

The Texas Medical Brigade is an elite team of unique individuals that provide medical support services to the Texas Military Forces and communities across the state. Rangers have served such noble causes as Operation Lone Star (OLS) in the Lower Rio Grande Valley and Laredo regions of Texas, providing medical, dental, and pharmaceutical services to many individuals who could not otherwise afford healthcare. Additionally, Medical Brigade personnel have provided basic medical support for exciting community events such as the Great East Texas Balloon Race in Longview, Texas. Medical Brigade soldiers, also known as Texas Medical Rangers, rallied to the call for help, establishing military model special needs clinics to care for those individuals displaced by hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Dean.

No matter what the need, Texas Medical Rangers are ready to answer the call, coming to the assistance of communities across this great state.
